Labour have launched an official bid to scrap the Offensive Behaviour Act. They have opened a consultation for organisations and individuals to respond to their proposal to repeal the Act. All those wishing to respond to the consultation are strongly encouraged to enter their responses electronically through their survey.
As part James Kelly MSP campaign, he intends to write to every football club in Scotland, as well as supporters groups and other stakeholders. The deadline for responses, which can be submitted via an online survey, is October 23.
