Kilmarnock fans and community representatives had its initial working party meeting the auspices of Supporters Direct Scotland, with the aim of exploring community ownership options.
Paul Goodwin, head of Supporters Direct Scotland (SDS) said: “We had a very productive first meeting and all the parties agreed to the structure of the group and to its terms of reference . We intend to have a further meeting within the next fortnight to which we will invite the Kilmarnock Futures Consortium to present their plans to us”
“As we indicated before the purpose of the group is to aim for the Kilmarnock fans being in the strongest possible position to respond quickly to the opportunity to buy their club if, and when, it comes around.”
