Join us as we go Behind the Goals with Scottish football manager Bobby Williamson. Bobby is best known for his association with Kilmarnock, where he finished his playing career and began his managerial career during a 12 year spell when they reversed their 1980s decline, becoming established in the top division where they have remained ever since. Bobby went on to manage Hibernian, Plymouth Argyle and Chester City, before moving to Africa 10 years ago where he has remained, managing the Ugandan and Kenyan national teams, with a spell in charge of Gor Mahia in the Kenyan premier division in between.
Learn more about his fascinating career in this week’s episode. We also want to hear your best stories and memories of the great man himself. Get in touch with your stories by emailing behindthegoals@hotmail.com. The podcast will be back after the festive break, enjoy your holidays in the meantime!
