Behind The Goals Episode 7 – Adopting a Start Up mindset

Over the past five years, we’ve witnessed a number of good football based blogs come and go. The quality of these have varied considerably but one that continues to impress us is that of ‘Sports Marketing Scotland’.

The blog was setup by Chris Samson, who works in Digital Media and graduated from Stirling University with a degree in sports marketing in 2011.

Following on from his previous blog which focused on the broader aspect of sports marketing, which you can still visit at the spmrkt, Sports Marketing Scotland publishes in-depth, unique content on the Scottish sports marketing industry. As well as collecting and curating the best of what’s happening within the country, Chris interviews some of the industry’s best and brightest talent. 

We were delighted to have Chris on the podcast to get his views on the Scottish football marketing landscape.
